2011 was by no means the worst year ever… But it was hardly the greatest. I tend to have much more luck with even years (2006, 2008, 2010) and am optimistic 2012 will follow suit. In some ways though, fuck this year. Highlights - of course there are highlights. I don’t know what kind of clusterfuck of a year could outdo 2009 in shitiness and there were still highlights from that year....
