Movie Review - Valkyrie
Valkyrie Definitely had me on the edge of my seat, though I technically knew the outcome of the plot from the get-go. Tom Cruise wasn’t distracting as Stauffenberg, he fit the role nicely. I was a bit confused about why Germans were up in arms about the filming of this movie, because I left the theatre feeling immense sympathy for the Germans involved with WWII. Movie Review - Doubt
Doubt: Interesting film. Definitely hit home for me as my favorite Priest was removed from our school when I was in 5th grade under molestation charges. Unfortunately, I agree with the review below that the movie seemed “standoff-ish”. The film is 100% dialogue based, with complicated and perhaps unfitting language that doesn’t mask the fact that it’s a play. Probably...
